The professionalism is unmatched. These guys and gals know how to keep a customer happy. You can tell sales reps are trained to be friendly and professional. But it’s really a top down trickling effect because sales managers elsewhere can be very bad sometimes. But at volkswagen oak lawn the sales manager was very professional. John was amazing! Very helpful and thorough with the whole entire process. He made sure I was aware of how the vehicle work before driving off, he basically held my hand through the whole process making sure I was satisfied. Even after he purchase he checked in to make sure there was no questions and or concerns unanswered. If I could I’d give him 20 stars, I will be passing along his business cards to family and friends.
Overall was not a bad experience. Abdul was personable and didn't attempt to rush the sales process. He answered my questions and answered the questions pretty well. The only issue was there was some miscommunication on the terms we agreed to prior to going to the sales department. I need to remind him of what we agreed too and make oak lawn VW honest it. My sales experience with Zayd, wasn't bad either, however he did attempt to push fiancing terms that were not agreed too and was a bit pushy. But he was not unprofessional.
The staff was very friendly and felt like they really understood where I wanted to be at with my purchase. They really worked with my goal to make my new purchase happen easily and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. My sales rep Francisco was sure to go over everything with me and my follow up that was needed.

Orland VW refused to fix my electrical issue even though I have an extended warranty. They told me there was no way to fix my issue and that I just had to live with it. I took my car to Oak Lawn and they were so much nicer and are fixing my issue. Shadi was beyond helpful! I'll never go back to Orland again even though it's much closer to me.

Some of the workers in the service department are great. I feel like the other service department workers just tell you anything. I took my car in for service and my car was there all day which was a big inconvenient for me. They do not offer loaner cars like most dealerships.

From the first call to schedule until I drove out everyone was top notch They told me a time it would be done and it was almost exact
I went to 3 dealers before stopping by oak lawn.all of them were annoying, pushy, 1 tried to follow us ut the door, trying to get us to commit to a deal when we said we were just making preliminary investigations.

I bought a 2025 VW Tiguan R Line in September. I have had nothing but issues with it. When I contact the dealership, they either tell me they don't know the issue because the car is a new model or I need to bring it in. I took a day off work and brought it in when I had a big enough list of issues. They had the car all day and was unable to fix any of the issues. I was told everything was working fine. I think I was sold a lemon.
