Thank you for your help fixing our car. We were on vacation recently and while driving through the Chicago area our VW Passat check engine light started flashing. I immediately imagined the worst and contacted your service department to check it out. We arrived after hours but your service manager stayed later to make sure we ok and received help. After a diagnostic check-up and looking the car over for a few minutes, your service people figured the light had gone on most likely because I had not secured the gas cap properly.

After resetting the light for a minimal charge and tightening the gas cap we were on the road again. It's nice to know there are trustworthy vw dealerships outside of Riverside California.
